14-day refund. If a guide isn’t right for you, email hello@hearthparent.com within 14 days of purchase with the email address you used at checkout, and we’ll refund you in full. No long explanations needed.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Polar, our merchant of record. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
