Hearth Parent (“we”, “us”) sells digital guides at hearthparent.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Purchases: payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Polar (polar.sh). Polar collects your name, email, billing details and payment information to complete the order, handle tax and deliver your download. We never see or store your card details. We receive your name, email and order details so we can support you.
• Emails you send us: if you contact us, we keep your message and email address to reply.
• Basic site data: our host may log standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.

Cookies and advertising

We may use advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel to measure whether our ads work. These tools may set cookies in your browser. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

How we use your information

To deliver your purchase, answer your questions, send receipts and, only if you opt in, send occasional emails about new guides. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your personal information.

Children

Our guides are written for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of this page.
